We need to give each other the space to grow, to be ourselves, to exercise our diversity. We need to give each other space so that we may both give and receive such beautiful things as ideas, openness, dignity, joy, healing, and inclusion.

Our members are our business. Take a look at what a few of them have to say.
"Glad to be a part of crossfit here. I met a lot of new people that I would call friends. Both Jake and Tom are great people to help you have the best experience working out! Overall it is worth every penny spent there!"
"Not your typical Gym experience. When you go here, you are welcome and brought in as one of the group no matter your fitness level. All the coaches are so supportive and helpful ( and they kick your butt) they see things in us that we don't see and push us beyond what we think we can do. Great Great Great people! My kids love it here too! They played a key role in my oldest child's athletic success in high school and prepared him for what workouts will be like at the collegiate football level!"
"What a great place! Tom and Jake are truly amazing at what they do. My whole family loves it."
